Our Herbalist conduct consultations to discuss the benefits & uses of natural remedies and or products you are interested in trying. Our Herbalist may recommend, educate about and dispense blends of herbs in a variety of herbal preparations. Clients are required to complete a questionnaire. Client's information is kept strictly confidential. Alternative communication accommodations via phone and video-communication service platforms of Zoom, Duo, Google Meet, Hangouts & Skype. Are facilitated on a case-by-case basis. Booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Consultation fees are non-refundable. A 24 hour notice is required when rescheduling. Must reschedule within 7 days of the original booked date. If consultation is not reschedule within the time limit, client will have to pay a new consultation fee in order to book a new appointment. Non-member clients that book Paid-Membership appointments must pay the differance between the two appointment types before an appointment will be booked.
